List of your Bot Scenarios

Interface
You can access your bot scenarios list by navigating to the "Chat Bots" section in the left-side navigation panel.
This page displays all your bot scenarios from every channel you've connected to Alcmeon, including WhatsApp, Facebook, AlcmeonChat, and others.

On the left side, you'll find options to filter the list and view scenarios from a specific account (e.g., a particular WhatsApp account or Facebook page).
Within the list itself, you'll see information about each of your bot scenarios, including its Active/Inactive status. You can also sort or filter the list by clicking on the headers or the icon to the right of the column headings in the table.
Available Actions
Edit a Scenario
Simply click on the scenario's title to open it in the Bot Editor.
New Scenario
Start a completely new scenario, either from a “blank page” or by selecting from various suggested scenario templates.

Duplicate the scenario
Use the icon to the right of each row in the table to create a copy of an existing scenario. This is useful for developing a new version that you can then modify.
Note: You cannot duplicate a scenario from one channel to another (e.g., from WhatsApp to Messenger). However, you can duplicate a scenario between different accounts on the same channel (e.g., between two WhatsApp accounts).
Delete the Scenario
Click this button to permanently delete the scenario. This action cannot be undone.
Active/Inactive Status
For a given account (e.g., WhatsApp, AlcmeonChat), you can have only one published scenario at a time.
This is logical, as a customer can only engage in one active conversational experience on the same account.
However, you are free to create as many unpublished scenarios as you wish. This allows you to develop and prepare multiple versions or anticipate specific events.
