Each channel has its own specific rules regarding which attachments (images, videos, files, etc.) can be sent and received or not.

(1) Neither sending nor receiving this type of attachment or media is supported on this channel. This is a platform restriction, not an Alcmeon limitation.
(2) While you can receive audio files on this channel, you cannot send them to clients. An audio file, unlike a voice call, is a digital file that you can download or play directly from Alcmeon.
