Possible Moderation Actions
For certain "public" channels (such as Facebook comments, LinkedIn, and Instagram), platforms allow brands to moderate messages posted by customers. These moderation actions are available to Alcmeon users who have the necessary permissions, which can be configured in the "Settings / Users" section.
✅ In Alcmeon, you can perform all available moderation operations directly from the Conversation Page. For automatic and immediate effects, you can configure Triage Rules. Additionally, you can apply moderation actions to multiple messages simultaneously from the Search page.
