Specific features of AlcmeonChat
Triggers
Define in a no-code interface the events that will automatically trigger an automatic behavior of AlcmeonChat and under what conditions; measure these events from your usual tools (Adobe, Google Analytics,…).
For example, if the user waits more than 2 seconds on certain pages of the site, trigger the opening of AlcmeonChat and start the appropriate branch of your bot scenario.
Rich message formats
AlcmeonChat supports many rich message formats, just like messaging channels such as WhatsApp and RCS:
- Text messages including bold, underlined, etc. (Markdown syntax)
- Media messages: images, videos, documents (e.g. PDF)
- Carousels: several horizontal slides, with media, text, and buttons
- Buttons, quick answers, URL buttons
- Persistent menu (scenario triggered action or redirect to a URL)
In your bot scenarios
AlcmeonChat bots support all standard features common to other channels like WhatsApp, RCS or Messenger, including AI bots, API calls, code blocks, conditions, actions, custom fields, etc.
One feature is exclusive to the AlcmeonChat channel: asking the user for their email address in order to notify them in case of a late response from an advisor.
Queue waiting time
You have the option to display to your users an estimate of their waiting time and their position in the queue.
This estimate is based on an algorithm that takes into account the number of connected advisors and the average time to first respond to a message.
